H. Charles Beil (aka Treasure Man)

H Charles Beil, also known as the Treasure Man, is on a mission to hide at least one treasure cache in each of the States.  Some states might contain more. The caches may contain jewels, silver bars, old relics, gold, coins, or other unique and valuable items.

One cache titled The Lost Cross Cache consists of a gold cross with 6 embedded emeralds valued at around $3000 dollars each. It also contains other smaller gemstones and jewels, and is believed hidden near Keating, Pennsylvania.  All total it is worth over $20,000. Can you find it?

To get involved in searching for the Treasure Man’s Buried Caches, join the Treasure Man’s Facebook Group to find the needed clues to discover the caches via Free PDF downloads, maps, images, and/or videos. With permission of HCB, the PDF’s are also posted on the MW Forum, with discussions.  Please join us there.  The fun is just getting started on these buried caches.

HCB/The Treasure Man continues to bury treasure caches. Some have been found already, but not to worry, others are out there for you to discover!  If you find one, or more, it is yours to keep.

Below is a real quick summary of the buried caches and their believed general locations to date.  (This page will be updated as Summaries are written and More Caches are Buried (or found)   Enjoy!

Cache # 1: The Lost Cache of Wolf Run (FOUND Spring 2014)

Cache # 2: The Virginia Cache.  Believed to be buried near Otter Creek Campground, Virginia. (Read Summary) 

Cache # 3: Theodosia. Believed path to begin at Nags Head and go into the interior of North Carolina. (Read Summary)  (PDF with Clues to Cache)

Cache # 4: The Lost Mine Cache. Believed to be in Arizona (Found- Read Story)

Cache # 5: The Legend of Woodsy Swamp. Believed to be near the ghost town of Reavelton, Pennsylvania

Cache # 6: The Lost Treasure Mines of New Mexico.  (Found Fall of 2018 by TxTH: Read Story)

Cache # 7: The Jessie James Cache (FOUND near the Meramec Caverns, Missouri (Spring 2017)
