On October 30, 2020 Change of date: 11/13/20, The Great U.S. Treasure Hunt is being released! Get ready for the adventure! This armchair treasure hunt challenges readers to solve clues to find not one, but four treasures hidden across the continental USA. Each is valued at $10,000. Will you find one, or them all?!
It’s claimed two of the hidden proxies (used to claim the treasure) are separated by 500 miles, and the other two are separated by 2,000 miles. There certainly could be one near you, waiting for you to discover it.
The E book is said to be 77 pages. Within these pages are 4 chapters, each with clues, riddles, and/or ciphers, to solve for the discovery of a location. 4 chapters, 4 locations, 4 treasures.
Each location of the proxy item is hidden on public property. This item is not buried. The exact item to find is revealed once the clues are solved in each of the chapters. Once the clues are solved, a person goes to the decoded location, finds the proxy item, and claims the prize! Simple as that. 🙂
There is no end date. The hunt continues until all 4 treasures are found!
