The Two Keys in Digital Buried Treasure Hunt remain unsolved!  Can you find them and be the person to claim the $1,000 cash prize? UPDATE: SOLVED

Back in April, Lukas Stanley released a video of himself reading a poem.  The poem is a Riddle, and the first person to solve its puzzling lines will learn how to claim the cash prize of $1000 dollars.

The first of the Ten Stanzas describes the mission. The Poem begins: (FULL POEM HERE: DIGITAL BURIED TREASURE) (be sure to subscribe to show your support!)

Two keys unlock the chest of gold

That’s made of ones and zeroes

And the one that holds them both

Will be the thousand dollar hero

From MW’s Six Questions with Lukas, the creator of Buried Treasure Hunt, we learn some of what the first stanza implies. Lukas said,

The line “Two keys unlock the chest of gold / That’s made of ones and zeroes” simply refers to the fact that the treasure is stored digitally, not that it requires a knowledge of binary language to retrieve it.”

The hunt is a full armchair treasure hunt- meaning all can be solved from the comfort of your home/armchair.  There isn’t any need to go to a physical location to claim the prize.

Many searchers feel the Keys might lead to a website page with complete information on how to claim the prize.  However, others feel maybe a phone number is to be found too?   No one has solved the Riddle yet to exactly know.

Discussions on the hunt can be found on the MW Forum.  Searchers are offering differing thoughts on what each stanza might suggest.  Please join us there! You never know what ideas can be sparked and lead to the prize.

The hunt is simple: Solve the Riddle, Claim the Prize.

Below is a gathering of Q/A’s from the hunt’s YouTube Channel’s comment section that might help us out more on how to do that.

  • Q) Can you tell us what we are looking for?

A)I don’t want to give away much more than what’s in the riddle. I will say there are two “keys” which are pieces of information that are used to unlock the chest, whose location is also alluded to in the riddle. Good luck!

I’ll also add (and I think this is obvious from the riddle) that the location of the treasure is online – it does not require travelling to a physical location to find.

  • Q) Do I need to know much about Harry Potter to solve this riddle coz one person on the discussion forum talks something about Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone……..and also in your discussion with Jenny kile you said that you are a big Potter head

A)It certainly seems possible, but I can’t give anything away 🙂

  • Q)Will we know what we are looking for when we see it? Or will we have to guess as to what the “keys” are?

A)You will know when you are on the right path. The clues will be obvious in hindsight, but difficult to understand at first.

  • Q)where do we post our solves? Do we get a popup saying you won?

A)The riddle contains all the information you need. Good luck 🙂

  • Q)Is this purely based off of the riddle? Or is there things hidden inside the video?

A)Yes, the riddle alone is sufficient to lead someone to the treasure

  • Q)Do you like movies, specifically Jim Carrey movies?

A)I enjoy some Jim Carrey movies, sure

  • Q)Can you tell us where YOU are from?

A)Michigan, USA
