For the third year in a row, the Masquerade Tribute is honored to have Forgotten History Hunts as one of its contributors! Their generosity is commendable – in not only the Tribute for the last two years, but also for their clever hunts released all through the year on the MW Forum.

You won’t be disappointed when you visit their section on the Forum. A lot can be gained by browsing through their 33! archived hunts. In 2022, FHH awarded over 50 different prizes to 39 different people in 23 states, England and Belgium. IMPRESSIVE statistics!
Forgotten History Hunts started releasing hunts in 2020. Their hunts have been free to play, and mostly fully armchair. Although there have been a few requiring boots on the ground. And what is awesome is you can still take up the challenges of their past hunts – if you missed them. It is one of the best archives to learn, gain practice, and get better at the hobby of armchair treasure hunting. If you get stuck, the solutions are there as well. The treasures have been claimed, but there is a treasure load of information to take advantage of!
For the 2023 Masquerade Tribute, Forgotten History Hunts is offering one of the three different treasure hunts released on 3/20/13. Forgotten History Hunts’ QUEST FOR THE SABINE TREASURE offers a $500 prize. Below is sneak peek at their hunt!

The prize is an 1oz .999 silver round year of the rabbit coin and a ‘bunny party’. Value approx.. $75.
Additional hunts and puzzles are being unlocked in the 2023 Masquerade Tribute. To date over $1500 has been donated to the charity: St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. With donations continuing to grow, the 2023 Tribute reached one of its landmark goals: $10,000 total given in all 3 years (2021, 2022, and present).
As of this writing, The Puzzle Master treasure hunt is next to be unlocked. It will be UNLOCKED if donations reach $1979. We are closing in on it!
