In the fall of 2019, Robert Brewer launched The Lost Skull Armchair Treasure Hunt. The treasure of that hunt was a Marble Skull, along with $1000 cash! There were additional follow-up prizes as well, and all were claimed by the spring of 2020. Robert had combined his skills as a talented artist, game designer, and writer, to create an amazing 34 page treasure hunt book that challenged searchers, and led them on a journey to find treasure. Robert is combining the same skills he used to create The Lost Skull’s successful adventures, to create another amazing Treasure Hunt for The First Annual Masquerade Tribute! The Tribute hunt, however, unlike The Lost Skull, is fully armchair. Although Robert does say some BOTG might help. Interesting!

The First Masquerade Tribute is a collection of nine different hunts, with nine different treasures to claim, created by nine different highly talented contributors. In previous contributor segments we learned more about Forgotten History Hunts and Natalie Nelson of Echo The Owl. All proceeds from The Masquerade Tribute hunts will go to three great charities. The nine separate Tribute hunts will be released on the Spring Equinox, 3/20/21, in one downloadable PDF booklet.

In a previous MW’s Six Questions with Robert, he mentioned working on Masquerade when he was young boy of 10 years. The thought of finding treasure was magical to him! The Masquerade book and treasure hunt has touched so many lives. The excitement of solving clues, following a path, and discovering a lost treasure is certainly an adventure! Armchair Treasure Hunting brings the magical adventures of searching for treasure to real life. That is part of the goal of the Tribute and we hope you join in on the fun!
