There’s Treasure Inside Road Map Clues!
In chapter 1 of There’s Treasure Inside, Jon writes:
- “….first critical step to acquiring something we desire : have a roadmap.”
- “If you’d like to find this sapphire …. think of these pages as your map. They offer a place to start, directions to follow, and ultimately a destination at which to arrive.”
Jon also writes in chapter 1 about his son using a Pink Highlighter while making a treasure map. This after he mentions his son’s, “…bright blue eyes beamed at me like lasers.”
The specific mention of the colors Pink and Blue – when talking about a treasure / road map – made me think of the colors on a road map.
- Interstates are often Blue
- Major highways are often pink/red
I thought the pink HIGHlighter was curious in connection to HIGHway. Why pink? Why a highlighter? Maybe to make the connection to a road map.
Then on page 27, in chapter 2 of There’s Treasure Inside, JCB writes: “Too bad there was never a class offered called Life Preparation 101.”
With chapter 1 talking about the importance of a Road Map, and then mention of the number 101 in chapter 2, this could be hinting to a road.
In both chapters Los Angeles – where 101 begins – is also mentioned.
Could highway 101 be hinted to. Is this a clue to find the Lion’s Share Treasure?
For those that like Washington, and the Olympic Peninsula, or anywhere along that highway, this could be a possible clue supporting the idea.
Taking note of numbers – is worth an exercise. They may not all relate to highway route numbers. Some could be exits, mile markers, or other clever items that could be followed while using a road map.
