Where Can I Get There’s Treasure Inside Book?

The book is available in both online and offline stores. They have sold out in many places. However, in an email sent by Jon Collins-Black on 11/29/24, he said books were currently being shipped out to Barnes & Noble and Amazon.

There's Treasure Inside FAQ's

JCB (Jon Collins-Black) hid 5 different treasure boxes filled with treasures.

One box is called the Lion’s Share box – it holds the most treasure and is believed valued over a million dollars.

Four other treasure boxes are smaller. They each are said to be valued comfortably into the six digits.

Where are the Clues to the Lion’s Share Box?

Jon said clues to the Lion’s Share box could be found anywhere in his book. He even placed at least one clue in his children’s book, Our Unbreakable Thread, and 4 different exclusive clues are placed inside each of the smaller boxes.

All clues necessary to find the Lion’s Share Treasure box are in the book. More here: Lion’s Share Box Clues, Facts, and Theories

Are all Clues to the Smaller Treasure Boxes in their Chapters?

Jon has written in his book a few things about where the clues are for the smaller boxes. While it is agreed upon by searchers that clues to each of the smaller boxes are in their chapters, it is debated whether clues in the chapters lead to additional clues outside the chapter – like in other chapters or outside sources. Ultimately, follow the clues wherever they may lead.

How Big Are the Treasure Boxes?

Seth Gould created the treasure boxes. They are also puzzle boxes. On his Instagram he shows making and holding some of the boxes and pieces.

Jon Collins-Black has shown the Lion’s Share box next to numerous treasures that are in the hunt (shown in above image). Knowing the size of some of these items, like the Pokémon cards or Bitcoins, allows us to estimate the size of the box. Credit to username ‘G’, who has created the following image to help visualize the size of a box. It should be noted these boxes could then be inside some packaging to protect against the elements of sitting outside for years.

Have Any JCB Treasure Boxes Been Found?

On 11/21, Jon Collins-Black said he was confident all treasure boxes were yet to be found. However, in the MW Six Questions, he said he wouldn’t know a box was found unless a searcher let him know.

According to the MW Six Questions, Jon placed incentives for a searcher who found a box to let him know. It is unclear if these incentives are the NFT’s he mentions in the book (page 224), or if there is an additional incentivization. Some searchers theorize that not all of the treasure items are in a box, and to get the complete treasure, Jon must be contacted and would therefore know when a box is found.

What is BOTG? And other Common Treasure Hunting Terms Mean?

BOTG is Boots on the Ground. It refers to the fact that you have to physically go out and search – you have to put ‘boots on the ground’. In armchair treasure hunting many clues are solved from home, or the armchair. But once enough are solved to give a location, then it requires BOTG to go retrieve the chest or check out a spot.

What is a Rabbit Hole or Red Herring in treasure hunting?

Are the typos in the book clues?

No. The eBooks had corrected many of them and Jon posted this on his website: “I did not misspell any words, abbreviations, or proper nouns in my book intentionally. Nor did I state any incorrect dates or ages on purpose.”

What treasures are in each treasure box?

The smaller boxes are said to be valued comfortably into the six digits. The Lion’s Share box, which holds the most treasure is believed valued over a million.

Here is a document that lists almost all the treasure items and their approximate value.

Jon doesn’t reveal all of which of the treasure items are in each box. He has said the Forrest Fenn box contains the Olive Jar with Forrest Fenn’s autobiography and at least one other item he purchased from the Forrest Fenn chest auction.

Inside the Pokémon box is to be at least one of the rare Pokémon cards. The PF box contains at least one fully loaded Bitcoin. Jon does not say what the AT box will contain other than to say it holds the most items described in part 1 – than any other of the other smaller boxes.

The LS box contains the largest amount and value of items. Those items featured in the book that are not in the smaller boxes will be in this box. (more on treasure items here)

Has Jon given out more clues to the treasure boxes during interviews?

No. However, there are certain curiosities or details being realized in the things he says. These are related to things he noted in the book, but he is offering a little more detail on them. (Notes on JCB comments)
