The Secret Lover’s Cache PDF download tells the tale of an unsolved murder which happened in 1950 at the Waterbury Inn in Vermont.  The murder victim was that of Pauline Molony, age 41, owner of the Inn. This popular New England building stood once at the corner of South Main and Park Row.  It was destroyed in a fire in 1953, taking any remaining clues to who killed Mrs. Molony within its walls, with it.

The Chittenden Bank now stands where the Waterbury Inn and this tragic loss of life occurred.  Hope for justice to be served in Molony’s murder is all but lost.  A new lead or clue must surface for hope to be regained.  And maybe while searching for H. Charles Beil’s buried cache this just might happen.

Like many of HCB’s treasure hunts, if out searching for his buried treasure cache of today, you just might find a buried cache of old.

After the mysterious death of Pauline Molony, rumors began to spread of her having had a secret affair, and that she cleverly stashed jewels and money away for a future planned escape with her lover.  One of the top suspects in her murder was her husband, who was rumored to have found out about his wife’s extramarital activities, and in a fit of rage, killed her.   Her stash was then left behind.

In H. Charles Beil account of this story, it was claimed she had possibly buried her private reserve somewhere outside, and maybe along the Winooski River. It has never been found. If it is found today, however, might it hold a clue or two for solving her murder?  What an intriguing possibility.

It is thought that HCB’s treasure cache is buried near the spot Mrs. Molony could have buried her supposed stash.  Might you find them both?

You never know unless you take up the challenge!
