Lion's Share treasure box

The Joy’s Serenade Haiku – is it another CLUE to the Lion’s Share Treasure Box of There’s Treasure Inside? Let’s take a look…

In Joy’s Serenade, the poem in the back of the book of There’s Treasure Inside, is a line that contains,

When close, the haiku curls a little further on where few have seen it.”

This could be referring to the hidden verse- which is found inside the dust jacket of the book. A Haiku is a verse of 5, 7, 5 syllables.

The hidden dust jacket’s verse is 5, 7, 6 syllables. ‘It curls a little further on.’ – and it is where ‘few have seen it’.  It is behind the flap and only those with books – and who have looked –  have seen it.

Secret Joy's Serenade Haiku Clue

Jon has said the clues to the Lion’s share box can be found anywhere within the book. He also sent out an email – to those on his email list – to invite anyone who received a damaged dust jacket to request another sent to them.

This seems like he wants to make sure everyone has all the clues needed. My thoughts are that the poem Joy’s Serenade holds many clues to find the Lion’s Share box – and the Joy’s Serenade Haiku – the Haiku that curls a little further on – the one behind the flap – will help find the treasure box.

How the poem, this clue, the notched letters, missing page 90, and other curious and interesting anomalies come together to provide a location for the Lion’s Share box continues to be pondered.
