FFGM Treasure Hunt Terms and Conditions
Forrest Fenn Gold Medallion Treasure Hunts are primarily offered as fun and engaging puzzles. Although a Medallion is offered as a reward to participants who submit a successful claim for a FFGM Treasure Hunt, the completion is designed to be educational and rewarding even without this element. The FFGMs are antique gold finish.
To participate in a FFGM Treasure Hunt is taken as an acknowledgement and acceptance of these and the following Terms and Conditions.
FFGM hunts are open to all participants. However, no reward can be claimed by a participant under 18 years of age. Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving his prize.
Participants agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and laws.
Hosts of the hunt(MW/DalNeitzel websites) are not responsible for any electronic delay, fault or error that may delay a player’s participation.
No compensation can be sort, or filed, against FFFM Treasure Hunt Hosts, or any supportive organization, for any loses, financial, material and/or subjective that is believed to be created by participating with any of the FFGM treasure hunts.
To correctly claim the reward, a participant must submit an image of the found stone, and code on the stone, to FFGMTreasureHunts@gmail.com. An image of searcher at location is optional, but requested.
There will be NO notification of incorrect claims.
Notification of a correct claim will be sent to winner, and posted on the Host’s Website and other Host’s social media channels. The winner must be prepared to forward an address for where the Hosts can mail the prize. ONLY one prize/Medallion can be won per household/searcher/person. NO multiple wins.
The Hosts will publish the names of the winners on their websites. Hosts may require a photo of each winner. On the receipt of this image, the participant agrees to allow the Hosts to use the photograph in any marketing material and through any media method of presentation.
The Hosts decisions are final and no correspondence regarding decisions will be entered into.
The Hosts reserves the right to suspend or terminate the treasure hunt, and/or to amend these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
The Hosts are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers and we treat all your personal information as confidential as described in these Terms and Conditions.
The Hosts accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, damage, injury or inconvenience whatsoever, however sustained or caused, as a result of participating in any of FFGM Treasure Hunts.
By taking part in the Treasure Hunt, participants, and anyone accompanying a participant, or given a copy of all or part of any relevant material provided for FFGM Treasure Hunts, to do so entirely at their own risk and entertainment.
