Who is Justin Posey?
Justin was one of the most active searchers in the Forrest Fenn treasure hunt. He was featured in the article: The Great 21st Century Treasure Hunt and also in the Netflix Documentary: Gold & Greed – which showcases the Thrill of the Chase treasure hunt.
The finder of Forrest Fenn’s hidden treasure chest, Jack Stuef, decided to the sell the Fenn’s treasure. Justin Posey was the buyer of the chest and later sold most of the items at auction in December 2022. In the MW’s Six Questions with Justin , he said he kept, “… the treasure chest, the dragon bracelet, a few coins, dust, and flakes.”

Posey has hidden his own sixty-pound collection of historical artifacts, spanning from gold bars and precious gems to cryptocurrency and a rock from outer space, with hints scattered throughout these pages.
