The Appalachian Footpath box map include clues to find this particular treasure box. It is only one of the 5 different hidden treasure boxes in the There’s Treasure Inside treasure hunt by Jon Collins-Black. It is a hunt for millions. (More about the entire treasure hunt).
On the map are various icons, symbols, words, and other features.
Appalachian Footpath Treasure Box Trail Match
The dashed trail has been found to match a trail in the Green Mountains, Vermont. The body of water is Little Rock Pond.
Searchers have explored areas of the trail but there are lots of nooks and crannies. It is uncertain if the matched trail is the location, a clue to use to a different location, or a complete red herring.
Other clues may be needed to help narrow down the location. It is assumed those clues are the other features on the map.
Following are closer up images of those items on the map. Join discussions on their meaning on the MW Discord.
