Following is an idea for ‘his bride’ in Justin Posey’s Treasure Poem. The poem in the Beyond the Map’s edge treasure hunt contains clues, that once solved correctly, will lead someone to a million-dollar treasure – hidden somewhere in the American West.

Updates on clues and theories for not only this hunt, but many others are discussed on the MW Discord!  Join us – lots of different treasures are out there to find and you could be the one to find them!

‘His bride’ appears in the 3rd stanza:

His Bride Justin Posey's Third Stanza

We know Justin was inspired by the Forrest Fenn treasure hunt – a few items from that hunt are now in Justin’s hidden treasure cache. And although you don’t need any knowledge about the Forrest Fenn hunt – it was often said the geographic locations referred to in Forrest’s poem – would need married to a place on a map.

Below is a screenshot of where Forrest said to ‘Marry them to a place on a map’.

Marry to a Map Clues Forrest Fenn Justin Posey His bride

Justin would know the reference of ‘Marrying the poem to a location on a map.’

So is it possible – we are to ‘MARRY’ the poem line – ‘in ursa east HIS realm awaits;’ to a place on a map – and this in turn would make that location on the map ‘his bride’?

The name of the place might not have anything to do with an actual ‘bride’ – but be hinting at what to do – marry ‘his realm’ to a map. And that location would be the bride.

Many feel ursa east could refer to Polaris – the north star in the little dipper. Ursa is not capped in the poem because it’s a hint to Ursa- ‘minor’ – not ‘major’.

So if ‘in ursa east his realm awaits’ equates to Polaris – then when we marry him to our map – his bride is that location – Polaris, Montana – on a map.

One celestial realm married to an earthly realm.
