Buried somewhere in the wilderness, of which many believe to be near the Idaho and Montana border, is a chest of silver coins. The box seems to be about a 8x12x12 box filled 3/4 of the way up with ‘treasure’. The exact value of this treasure has not been disclosed.
From TheTumbleBearLode website we learn that there are only two ways to discover the location of the treasure. They are contained on the Map. And not the Video. The Map on the website is blurred, and is updated to provide more clues. You can ‘purchase a view’ of the updated Map for $1.
From a few messages I have received, the video has led a few to a place near Red Fish Lake. Anyone who has worked on Armchair Treasure Hunts might be familiar with ‘Red Herrings’. Does this mean the video is a full ‘Red Herring?’ Maybe it’s a red herring of a red herring, and it is near there. 🙂 Who knows at this point in time?
Over the course of the hunt, the Map is to be updated to reveal more clues. It seems that is what will be needed to find the treasure!
